When creating an account for your B.V. or N.V. you can select a preferred language (at this time Dutch or English) for the register of shareholder. The Dutch language is the default language.
When creating a PDF of a register of shareholders, you can at that time also choose another language than the preferred language. You can choose between the Dutch and the English languages.
In the future, we may add more languages!
Please be informed that when you insert free text (for instance the legal title for the acquisition of shares), this free text will always be shown as inserted, regardless the language you choose. We advise you to insert free text in the language or languages you expect to use. If you expect your register of shareholders to be used in both languages, you could insert the free text in these languages, for instance “koop en verkoop / sale and purchase”.
